Q: Do you support the VoteMatch statement, “Support & expand free trade”?

A: “Free” trade is a misnomer. I am studying the effects of so-called free trade and whether US corporations are taking advantage of the movement of capital without labor having the same ability. We should take a close look at CAFTA and NAFTA and the relationship to keeping wages low in Mexico and Central America.
